Course Details for Junior Artrageous

Our core aim is to introduce those aspects of early childhood and holistic development that often get sidelined; for instance, fostering concept development, information processing, observation and analytical skills. We do this through simulation, pretend play, storytelling and exploration. Alongside, we focus on gross motor skills development, hand-eye coordination and muscle building through a lot of large canvas painting and craft activities. Here are the details of the daily routine:

10:30am -11:00am

Rise and Shine

Let’s chat about talking about ourselves, our likes, and our preferences. It’s all about building social skills and feeling confident and comfortable when we communicate.

11:00am - 11:45am

Little Detectives and Explorers

Aimed at nurturing creativity through observation and inquiry. STEM-focused tinkering time with magnets, gears, and simple machines (age-appropriate science) along with exploring nature, shadow play, treasure hunts and water play boosts curiosity and observation.

Rainbow Bites and Zen Zone

Homemade food is the best! It’s all about creating a balanced plate with a rainbow of veggies. Sharing meals with loved ones is also a great way to connect and learn from each other. And don’t forget to take some time to relax and enjoy the sensory experience of nature sounds, bubble blowing, and breathing games. These activities can help kids manage your emotions and feel calmer and more balanced.

11:45am - 12:15pm

12:15Pm - 01:00pm

Dream, Draw and Design

Get ready for a fun and creative session where we’ll explore various crafts to boost creativity, hand-eye coordination, and gross motor skills. We’ll work on large-scale artwork, upcycling, and clay. Kids will also learn about land art using leaves, flowers, pebbles, and sticks, promoting eco-creativity and mindfulness in nature.

01:00pm - 01:30pm

Drama Rama and Story Beats

Let’s dive into pretend play, role-playing, drama, singing with actions, emotions, building vocabulary, imagination, and expression. We’ll also have some movement sessions with fun props like ribbons and hula hoops.

All registrations are online. Payments can be made through the following methods:

What DO You Need to Know Before Registration?

We’re sure you’re just as excited about Rounds 3 and 4 as we are — but just a few more minutes before you click on that registration button! ☺

Please go through the following pointers carefully so you can proceed with registration smoothly:

  • You will need a passport-sized photograph for the registration form, along with the CNIC number of one or both parents.

  • Please ensure the emergency contact is someone who will answer a call from an unknown mobile or landline number.

  • Double-check the phone number and email address provided. A confirmation email will be sent to your given email, and a text message will be sent to your phone (not via WhatsApp).

  • You can select only one course per time slot.

  • At least two courses must be selected per child, per round.

  • Keep a note of your selected courses and schedule. We also recommend taking a screenshot of the form in case you do not receive a confirmation from PayPro.

  • A course may be cancelled or a time slot changed due to unforeseen circumstances such as a health emergency.

  • A course with fewer than five registrations will not be offered. We will accommodate your child in another course.

  • Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any refund requests due to the magnitude of Artrageous registrations. Refund requests may be submitted in August 2025 by emailing cep@ivs.edu.pk with the subject line: “Artrageous 2025 Refund – Child Name – Course Name.” Refunds may take 10 to 15 working days to process from the time the official email application is received.

On-Campus Safety and Conduct:

  • We will issue photo ID cards for each child. This card must be shown to the guards or at the reception when picking up your child each day.

  • Children will be escorted to their respective classrooms by our interns, staff, or instructors. At no point will they be allowed to leave the class or campus premises without supervision.

  • Phones may be given to children for photography courses or to stay in contact with family. However, there will be no use of mobile phones or any electronic gadgets other than those required for the course. Children should be advised to keep their phones on silent, as they may be confiscated by the CEP Team if used during a session or to create disruption.

  • On Day 1, parents should bring their children at least 15 minutes before their respective class timing. In case of a course change, please approach the CEP office, located on the first floor of the IVS campus.

  • All materials will be provided by IVS. No additional charges will need to be paid.

  • Parents are only required to send water bottles, tissues/Cleanex, and lunch or lunch money.

  • Parents will be responsible for picking up their children on time.

  • Parents or attendants may wait in the cafeteria or library while their children are in class. However, they cannot accompany children into the classroom.
